Returns & Refunds
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To request a return, email algabri.tim@gmail.com with your order details. If your return is approved, we will send you the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving these instructions.
Returned items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging, unless the item is defective or applicable law gives you additional rights.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
EU cancellation rights
Where applicable, customers in the European Union have a statutory 14-day cancellation right for eligible distance purchases, subject to legal exceptions.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and reviewed. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
